1). Hugging this character: That'll be awkward but give it a go. 
2). Kissing this character: Probably won't go well depending on whether there is established CR or not, but fine if you want to fuck around and find out. 
3). Flirting with this character: Sure. They likely won't be having any of it, but you never know. 
4). Fighting with this character: Now you're speaking their language. Sadly. 
5). Smut: Rarely. Usually only with established CR. Fade to black otherwise.
6). Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Go ahead. If it's something they can eventually heal from, no permission needed.If it involves loss of limbs, that's a no without permission. 
7). Killing this character: Depends on the community. Dressing room - fine. Sandbox or plot driven communities not without permission. 
8). Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Fine, but not if it's used as a lazy plot device to find out all their secrets - ask then first.
